Abstract
On February 27, 2025, a well-known ornithologist, one of the oldest members of the Czech Ornithological Society (hereinafter referred to as the ČSO) and the Ringing Station of the National Museum in Prague (KS), Mr. Bořivoj Holínek, left us at the blessed age of just under 98 years.
